Terms and Conditions Effective Date: Dec 2024 Welcome to Emerald Eagle Holistics. We are honored to offer you a variety of services that targeted at spiritual and holistic healing. By engaging in our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding. 1. General Information: Emerald Eagle Holistics provides services that aim to support individuals on their personal and spiritual journey, especially through matters pertaining to Birth and Death. Our services include, but are not limited to: Shamanic Therapy and Healing Holistic Coaching and Guidance Birth Support (including pre- and post-natal guidance) Death Support and End-of-Life Guidance These services are designed to promote holistic well-being, spiritual growth, and personal healing. They are NOT a substitute for medical/allopathic, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. 2. Eligibility: By engaging in our services, you affirm that: You are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to participate in these services. You understand that our services are provided for personal development and spiritual growth, and are NOT a replacement for professional medical/allopathic, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. If you are currently under the care of a healthcare professional, it is advisable to discuss your participation in our services with them beforehand. 3. Nature of Services: Our offerings are rooted in spiritual and holistic practices, which include a combination of traditional and ancient wisdom, energetic healing, coaching, and intuitive guidance. While many of our clients experience profound and transformative results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. You understand and acknowledge that all services provided are based on the principles of energetic, spiritual, and holistic healing and are offered as a complement to your personal and spiritual well-being. 4. Client Responsibilities: You agree to: - Attend scheduled sessions promptly and fully participate in the process. - Communicate openly with your practitioner about any concerns, experiences, or medical conditions that may affect the session. - Respect the confidentiality and integrity of the process, including refraining from recording or sharing any sessions without prior consent. - Acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions and actions taken during and after your sessions. 5. Confidentiality and Privacy We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information and the details shared during your sessions. All personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, please note that confidentiality may be breached if we are required to do so by law, or if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, in which case we may be legally obligated to share relevant information with authorities. 6. Fees and Payment: The fees for our services are outlined on our website or in the specific service agreement you have entered into. Payment is due in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon. Accepted forms of payment include PayPal, Interac E-Transfer, Cash Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, a cancellation fee of 50% of the value of your service will be charged, unless otherwise agreed upon. We may be willing to make exceptions for extenuating circumstances beyond your control. 7. Health and Wellness Disclaimer: While our services are designed to foster healing and personal growth, they are not a replacement for medical treatment. Our practitioners do NOT diagnose or treat medical conditions. You are encouraged to seek appropriate medical or psychological help if needed. Shamanic therapy, holistic coaching, spiritual guidance, and birth/death/grief support are complementary practices and are intended to be used alongside, NOT in place of, conventional medical care or professional mental health support. 8. Spiritual and Energetic Practices: Please note that the results of any spiritual or energetic practices are subjective, and individual experiences may vary. While many individuals report positive results from our services, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. You acknowledge that you are engaging in these practices voluntarily and at your own risk. 9. Birth and Death Support: Our birth and death support services are designed to provide guidance, advocacy, emotional and physical support, and spiritual insight during significant life transitions. While we provide compassionate support, please understand that: Birth support services are NOT a substitute for medical care during pregnancy or childbirth and "free birth" is NOT recommended nor encouraged by our practitioners. Death support services are offered to assist individuals and families through end-of-life transitions, but we are NOT acting as licensed healthcare providers and do NOT offer hospice or palliative care. We recommend that clients seek appropriate medical or psychological help when necessary. 10. Liability: By participating in our services, you agree to release Emerald Eagle Holistics, its practitioners, and affiliates from any and all liability for any loss, injury, or damage that may occur during or as a result of your sessions. This includes, but is not limited to, any emotional, mental, or physical effects resulting from your participation in spiritual, shamanic, or holistic practices. 11. Termination of Services: You may discontinue services at any time, and we reserve the right to terminate our relationship with you at any time if we feel that continuing would not be in your best interest or if you fail to adhere to these terms and conditions. 12. Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or posted on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. 13. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Emerald Eagle Holistics, its practitioners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your participation in our services, including any legal fees or costs incurred in connection with such claims. 14. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are upheld by the laws of Canada (Manitoba), and any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Canada (Manitoba). 15.
