Shamanism is based on the foundational understanding: As above, so below; As within, so without; As the self, so the world, whereby actions in one realm have equal reactions in other, parallel realms.
Shamanic practices serve as a bridge between the ordinary and extra-ordinary (or non-ordinary) realms of existence, thus allowing extension of consciousness far beyond the confines of the human mind/experience.
This bridge allows for connection between light and shadow, upper and lower worlds, Earth and Cosmos, mind and heart as well as body and soul.
Shamanism makes visible what is usually thought to be invisible, allowing us to swim within the vastness of consciousness, moving beyond time and space into other dimensions and timelines, and exploring infinite possibilities.
Shamanic practices allow us to use our bodies as instruments of light, strengthening our connection with our Soul / Higher Self and receiving guidance from multidimensional beings (spirit allies).
These practices require deep connection with nature beings and the Elements (fire, water, air, earth, ether) as well as with one’s own physical body in ordinary reality.
Shamanic practices are based in sacred reciprocity and use a combination of thought, intention, vibration, altered states of consciousness, and plant medicines to cultivate deep healing of mind, body, and spirit for humans, animals, plants, and land.
But... Shamanism is more than its practices, rituals, and ceremonies – it is a way of life; a means of perceiving and interacting with the world.
It is about fully experiencing and embodying the vast ocean of consciousness.
